Rais Baixas (North West)

Due to the high humidity, the vines are grown in gravel pergolas in Rias Baixas to allow for soil drainage and to prevent root rot. 100% Albarino fermented partially in stainless steel sur lie and in neutral 500L barrels also on the lees. This gives texture and softens the high-acid varietal and blends peach and vanilla notes into the minerality.

Calatayud (East)

Made of 100% Garnacha de Aragon (which is the oldest singe strain of grenache in the world) and hand harvested at night. Minimal skin contact maceration with native yeast give way to a full-bodied rose with gorgeous aromatics.

Protocolo Tinto-2020

Manchuela (East Coast)

This wine is made 100% of Tempranillo from different vineyard sites within Manchuela and some fruit from Rioja as well. The fruit from the Eguren Family vineyards comes in with very low yields due to the hot days, older vines and the poor calciferous soils, but it’s delicious. Protocolo Tinto has been named a Best Buy like every year.

Ramirez de la Piscina Crianza- 2019

Rioja (North-Central)

All Tempranillo aged minimum one year in oak and bottle. The Ramirez Family owns all their own vineyards of which are predominately planted with Tempranillo trained on high-density trellises. The vineyards are dry-farmed and the grapes are manually harvested. In fact, there are no machines used at all in the vinification of their Rioja wines.
