Tonight, we’re going to taste through the OMEN wines from really cool winemaker Alex Remy! Alex lives in Napa, and that’s where his company Atlas Wine Group is located, but the OMEN wines’ grapes are sourced primarily from Paso Robles, Lodi and Sonoma. His ethos is pretty simple: make good, approachable, food friendly, sustainable wines well and affordable. He’s so open about this concept in fact, that his labels are some of the most transparent that I’ve seen. The recommended serving temperatures, what you could pair it with, ABV, pH, oak used, levels of acidity,  vegan-friendly, no additives, and a simple statement- one which I think we can all agree on…
