Columbus Brewing Company is actually one of the oldest craft breweries in central Ohio. They started operations in 1988 and finally opened a tap room this past year. Stop by the growler station, Ben from CBC will be there to answer questions about the brewery and their beers and you can sample four select varieties.
Featured Brews:
Donna Lynn Saison: A Citra dry hopped Farmhouse Ale. Lots of citrus and spicy notes. 4.1%ABV
Go-Kart Ghost Super Pale Ale: I don’t know what makes it super other than just being super tasty. A classic west coast style pale ale loaded with El Dorado and Mosaic hops. 6.1%ABV/40IBU
Citra Noel Hoppy Holiday Ale: This was a mind blowing holiday beer for us. Pine driven with some tropical fruit character and very balanced spices through the finish. 7.3%ABV/34IBU
Melk Cream Stout: Smooth and creamy sweet stout. Lots of dark chocolate, coffee and roasted barley. 5.6%ABV/22IBU
