Barnard Griffin Sangiovese Rose 2023- $14.99/btl $2.50/taste
Columbia Valley, Washington
One of our favorite roses made from one of our favorite grape varietals grown in one of our favorite US AVAs, Washington! What’s not to love about this strawberry bomb with perfect acid and firm, but delicate tannins?
Oinoz Crianza 2018- $12.99/btl $2.50/taste
Rioja, Spain
100% Tempranillo aged at least 2 years between stainless steel tanks and bottle, but you can do math… we’ve got 7 years on this bad boi. Choosing to serve this with a touch of a chill on it to highlight the natural viscosity of tempranillo because so many of its nuanced flavors live in those fats. Very good buy!
ZOLO Malbec 2023- $14.99/btl $2.50/taste
Mendoza, Argentina
Sustainably farmed, estate grown and bottled Malbec from the high-elevation vineyards of Zolo. Another fan-favorite and just banger of a go-to. Unable to choose a wine to bring to the party because you don’t know what they’re serving and don’t want to look like a chump? This is your guy.
Barnard Griffin Syrah 2021- $19.99/btl $2.50/taste
Columbia Valley, Washington
My second-favorite wine from 2nd Generation winemaker Megan Hughs (Barnard), this Syrah is pretty much magic. Varietally correct, without flaw, and just bursting with loud, red fruit flavors. A little herbal, a lot of good.
