Rheinhessen, Germany
Scheurebe (pronounced ‘SHOY-RAY-BAH’) is an aromatic grape grown in Germany and in Austria (where it is called Samling 88) predominately, and is used to make sweet wines, but also ‘Feinherb’ wines. Feinherb is German for ‘whimsy’ and is an unregulated term for wines that are off-dry. This crispy baby is a gorgeous liter of fun!
