Made entirely of Melon de Bourgogne, a grape brought to the western Loire from Burgundy, and grown in the Sevre et Maine AOC- which is believed to be among the best for Muscadet due to its Alluvial soil type, rich with potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Made of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, this is a fresh and fruity wine- round, with a long finish. The vineyards of Saint-Chinian have long imparted the important note of ‘garrigue,’ herbs and floral aromatics associated with the kitchens and bistros of France. Petit Bonheur means “little happiness” (not whatever YOU were thinking!)

‘Vin de Soif’ literally translates from French to ‘wines of thirst’ and this wine was carefully crafted from Gamay and Grolleau Noir as well as Cabernet and Merlot specifically for that purpose. The first two varietals are destemmed and fermented separately in stainless steel, while the Cabernet and Merlot are co-fermented Carbonically. Zero oak. Full, fresh fruit flavor.
