Chenin Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier blended together beautifully by pressing whole clusters in controlled temperature, fermented with wild, native yeast and partially aged in neutral oak. Both the tank and the barreled wine was left on the lees for 6 to 9 months with frequent stirring. Lime, grapefruit, pineapple and quince with a hint of honey.

Hand-harvested, sustainably farmed and aged 12 months in French oak barrels. This is a well-spiced, aromatic and bold red blend and it’s delicious.
