I’ve said it more than once, but I will forever believe the team at Grainworks is one of the most underappreciated in the local craft beer scene. They excel with clean classic styles, and continue to innovate with reasonably priced unique creations. Rebel Yell Pale Ale: Pilsner malt and Mosaic hops. A clean and crisp everyday ale. 5.7%

Bavarian Princess Hefeweizen: One of the perfect beer styles for August while it is still hot, but you’re looking for a classic German style. Their Hefe has lots of banana and clove with a soft palate. 5.4%ABV

Oktoberfest: A traditional Marzen style with a toasty matiness, and enough hops just to dry out the finish. 5.7%ABV

Pina Colada Dreams: Their Summer Wheat Ale brewed with coconut and pineapple. Finished with a little milk sugars and vanilla to drive home that Pine Colada flavor. 6.5%ABV
