Chateau de la Bigotiere Muscadet 2019
Loire Valley, France; $14.99
Owned and operated by the Gobin family for five generations. Ernest Henry Gobin harvested his first Melon de Bourgogne and Colombard grapes just before the start of World War II. Today the 70 hectare estate is run by his great grandsons Cedric and Christophe. Their location about 40 miles from the Atlantic Ocean combined with the calcium rich gravelly soil, produces white wines perfect for the summer. This Melon de Bourgogne has notes of jasmine, green apple, lemon, and a hint of salinity. Bring on the oysters! – Sample $1.50

A blend of about half Cabernet Sauvignon, with Syrah, Merlot, and small amounts of a couple others. It is all hand harvested fruit from Ancient Lakes and Wahluke Slope.

This is an extremely historic estate with origins dating back to the mid 1700s. The blend here is Right-Bank in style. Primarily Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh and elegant with no oak. Lots of cherry, raspberry, red plum and cassis. The terroir shines through with earthiness and a bit a spice. – Sample $1.00
