Our buddy Matt from Southern Glazers will be in the building this week to talk about a few of his new wines. Starting off with a white and red from Carmel Road. Located in the heart of Monterey, they are both SIP (Sustainability in Practice) and CCSW (Certified California Sustainable Winegrowing). Bringing an old world mentality to new world wine making. Balanced acidity, oak, and a priority of showcasing their terroir. The last two reds showcase the riper side of things. A silky smooth blend, and a juicy Cabernet!
