Le Hameau Sauvignon Blanc- 2021
Vin de Pays, France
Le Hameau means Hamlet, which is a small village, and that’s exactly how this wine is produced. A bunch of neighbors bring their Sauvignon Blanc grapes together and after hand selecting each bunch, a cuvee of 100% Sauvignon Blanc is crafted!

Grayson Zinfandel- 2020
When Grayson started, they asked their winemaker to go on a scouting expedition to find the best lots of grapes in the best growing regions in California and make the vineyards an offer they couldn’t refuse… just kidding, I think… At any rate, they numbered their favorite lots and this Zinfandel is Lot 12. This vintage is a bit rustic and earthy. Raspberries and cherries carried on a lean, tannic finish.

Blau Red Blend- 2019
Montsant, Spain
50% Carinena, 25% Syrah, 25% Garnacha
Known for bold red wines, Montsant has been making wine under its own DO since the early 2000’s, but was previously known as the Falset subzone of Tarragona in Catalonia, Spain. It boasts three main soil types, chalky clay, granitic sand and slate. Cellars Can Blau is one of only 55 wineries in Montsant and they utilize their unique soils and microclimate to craft this red to a “T” before aging it for 4 months in French oak.

Elderton E Series- 2019
70% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Barossa, South Australia
Elderton makes classic South Australian wines, very well. This banger is not different! Elderton Vineyards has served as a benchmark for Shiraz from Barossa since 1982 and supply a lot of fruit to other wineries as well. While they do make wines to lay down that have now become collectible: the E Series red, with its fresh berry and vanilla notes, has been created to drink and enjoy now!
