Mosaic Promise Pale Ale: Named Mosaic Promise because it is a blend of Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malts. So clean with just the right bitterness. Every year this beer gets released I remember how good it is. 5.5%ABV/50IBU

Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale: That classic roasty Scotch Ale. This is a blend of seven different varieties of imported malts with a hint of smoky peat. 8.5%ABV/50IBU

Porter: This is a favorite readily available Porter. 100 Points on RateBeer… Smooth like silk with tons of chocolate and caramel notes. 6.5%ABV/45IBU

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS): **Bottle Sample** Another 100pt rating on this one. This is the same Imperial version of Breakfast stout used in KBS, but this one is aged in Canadian maple syrup barrels. The 2019 is just released and may be the last year they brew this beer. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and lots of velvety chocolate. 11.3%ABV/45IBU
