Featured Wines:

Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Central Valley, Chile; $9.99

Casillero del Diablo, “The Devils Locker/Cellar” is located in the countryside about an hour outside of Santiago in the small town of Pirque. The winery once belonged 19th century businessman Don Melchor who rumor has it noticed that his fine wines that were kept under lock and key kept mysteriously disappearing from the cellar. So, he invented a tale that a devil lived deep down in his cellar, to discourage thieves from stealing his wine. Some people have even admitted to seeing the devil, more known as the Cellar’s Guardian.

The Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of fruit from the Casablanca, Rapel and Limari Valleys. With no oak influence this white screams freshness with lots of peach and citrus aromas. A mouth watering acidity on the palate and a tropical fruit finish. - $1.00 Sample

The Velvet Devil Merlot 2016

Columbia Valley, Washington; $11.99

Rocker turned self taught winemaker, started by Charles Smith alongside Kung Fu Girl Riesling and Boom Boom Syrah. They do a whole berry fermentation which produces a more gentle extraction of tannins and then aged 10 months in mainly neutral French oak. They do blend just a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec into the wine to give it a little more body and complexity.

“...deep and delicious black fruit, cedar and tobacco, and cassis.” - $1.00 Sample

Diablo Dark Red 2017

Maule Valley, Chile; $14.99

This is one of the newest releases from the Concha Y Toro winery. Produced from a blend of Syrah and Malbec all grown in the Maule Valley. The wine is then aged in a combination of French and American Oak for 6 months, 6 weeks and 6 days…… Ooooo spooky! Rich black fruit with delicate notes of mocha and creamy vanilla. - $1.00 Sample

Chronic Cellars “Dead Nuts” Red Blend 2016

Paso Robles, California; $24.99

A perfect pour for Dia de los Muertos. This is one of the original blends produced by brothers Jake and Josh Beckett originally of Peachy Canyon. Jammy and peppery blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Tempranillo all from Paso Robles. Bursting with aromas of black cherries, blaackberries, pepper, licorice and lots of baking spice along with hints of smoke, mint and vanilla. It is all fruit on the palate reminding me of like a mixed berry pie. - $2.00 Sample
