Wine Club Sign Up

 

Our bi-monthly wine club offers truly unique & special wines. Each of the Club options includes:

  • 4 bottles of wine every 2 months

  • Detailed write-ups for each bottle

  • Cost will vary based on wines included, within a specified range

  • Bi-monthly periods as follows: Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sep/Oct, Nov/Dec

  • Pick up & pay in store within first month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov)

You may cancel at any time by emailing wineclub@countryfreshfarmmarket.com. If you do not pick up your wine without prior notice, you will be removed from the Wine Club.
