Comprised of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from one of the Rhone Rangers himself, Bill Easton! He hand-harvests the grapes from vines averaging 30 years of age. The wine then ages 17 months in Burgundy barrels and then it lay suspended in time in the bottle until he deems it time to be released! This wine is gentle-natured, but full-forced with mild savory notes and smooth tannins mingling with rich fruit.
