Jezebel White Blend 2022- $18.99/btl $2.50/taste
The sassy little sister to Willful Wine Company’s normal line, Jezebel is an Alsatian white blend from Oregon! It’s comprised of all of the noble grapes of Alsace, France (all of which grow exceedingly well in Oregon) Muscat Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Blanc which are co-fermented in stainless steel for 6 months with daily lees stirring. This is a dry, but juicy and aromatic wine that consistently receives high praise and a rating of “Best Buy” and 90+ points year after year. Which is wild because owner-winemaker Pam Walden only produces like 500 cases a year of Jezebel!
Honoro Vera
Honoro Vera is one of ten artisanal vineyard lines from Gil Family Estates. Prioritizing organic, biodynamic viticulture at attractive prices, Honoro Vera’s wines are all produced in Jumilla, Spain (where the well-known and loved Juan Gil is produced, and with the same passion for excellence) and are sustainable and vegan, as well. The Gil Family Vineyards has been operating since 1916 and is currently under the helm of brothers Migel and Angel Gil. They’re super cool.
Rose 2023- $10.99/btl $2.50/taste
Made of Syrah and Tempranillo from the estate’s highest vineyards. This rose is fresh and crisp with notes of strawberries, herbs and watermelon.
Monastrell 2022- $10.99/btl $2.50/taste
Deep, inky color with dark fruit flavors and a hint of spicy chocolate. All stainless steel, but still full and expressive. Very good vino.
Garnacha 2022- $10.99/btl $2.50/taste
100% Garnacha from Calatayud, a municipality within Aragon, one of the greatest Garnacha growing regions in Spain with some of the oldest plantings. These grapes are harvested from very poor soil, but ohhh the richness that comes from that bad soil! Sweet cherries and dark plums with an exotic, spicy finish.
