Maison Nicolas Chardonnay 2022- Pays D’Oc, France
$10.99/btl $2.50/taste
This is a shockingly delicious Chardonnay brimming with notes of white flowers and vanilla on the nose with a clean, crisp, citrus finish that lingers along with a dry clover honey note that’s so compelling.
Maison Nicolas Cabernet Sauvignon 2021- Pays D’Oc, France
$10.99/btl $2.50/taste
What can I say? This one is delicious, too! There’s some additional literature on the bar about the mind-blowing history of Maison Nicolas (Nicolas House) and I highly recommend you take a look. Maison Nicolas has been a negociant of fine wines of France since 1822 and THEY STILL ARE!
Annabella Red Blend 2022- California, Oakville, California
$18.99/btl $2.50/taste
Comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah and a touch of Petite Verdot, aged 16 months in new and used French oak. This bold blend is lovely. Acidity and tannin and cherries and cocoa and plums and spice and vanilla and and and it’s SO INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO HOW EXPENSIVE IT TASTES.
Desert Wind Cabernet Sauvignon 2019- Waluke Slope, Washington
$24.99/btl $2.50/taste
For this wine, we’ve brought in a special guest… THE GUY WHO SELLS IT! He’s nice. Anyway! This wine is delicious and from one of my absolute favorite AVAs in Washington! It’s mostly Cabernet, with Carmenere, Syrah and Malbec and it’s made by a cool, skydiving Chilean! How can it get better? Omg it’s delicious! I said that already, right?
