Trivento White Malbec- $9.99/btl $2.50/taste

Uco Valley, Argentina

THIS IS A WHITE MALBEC. What is that?? Well, we only have this as an example because it’s the FIRST OF ITS KIND. It’s completely DEVOID of color, with an almost silver hue. To be honest, I’ve never seen anything like this. I’ve seen tap water with more color! It’s got tropical fruits and green apple on the nose, with bright acidity that lingers on the finish. If you like lemon in your water and you wish it was also alcoholic, this is the wine for you!

Trivento Maximum Red Blend- $9.99/btl $2.50/taste

Uco Valley, Argentina

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Malbec from Lujan de Cuyo seeing 8 months in neutral French oak and 6 months in bottle prior to release. Black currant, pepper, baking spices and tobacco are the prevailing notes of aroma and flavor, with good structure and tannins.

Concha Y Toro Marques de Casa Concha

Winemaker: Marcelo Papa

Carmenere- $20.99/btl $2.50/taste

Peumo Vineyards, Cachapaol Valley, Chile

Extending along the River Cachapoal and on the terraces of the Coastal Mountain Range lies the Peumo Vineyard whose vines were produced from cuttings from pre-phylloxera genetic material. The soils are deep and the top layer is clay allowing the vines to root low and the soil to retain moisture during the warmer, dry months and until harvest in May. Carmenere is known for it’s blue fruit notes and long, soft tannins. Gorgeous expression.

Cabernet Sauvignon- $20.99/btl $2.50/taste

Puente Alto and Pirque Vineyards, Maipo Valley, Chile

Both vineyards are located close to the foothills of the Andes Mountains, El Mariscal 650 meters above sea level. Rocky and stony soils, poor in nutrients and highly permeable, ensure excellent drainage for Cabernet and the lesser amounts of Syrah, Petite Verdot and Carmenere that go into this wine made from vines planted as early as 1987. Cooler climate and excessively dry growing conditions create a longer grape-ripening time which leads to deep, dark red hues and concentrated flavors of cherries, blackberries, cassis and cedar.

FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10…

Don Melchor 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon- $165.99/btl
