An 80-year-old vineyard cultivated in sandy soils sustainably walks into a bar… Just kidding, it walks into a bottle. Also kidding. Wine this pretty was crafted. 97% Verdejo with 3% Sauvignon Blanc, vinified in stainless steel. Notes of white almond, green apple, passionfruit and lemon curd are present throughout with texture and minerality.

Monastrell is the whole package in this lil’ number! Organic and dry-farmed in the SE coastal city of Alicante. All stainless steel, or course. Soft tannins, tasting like toffee, aromatize the glass while blackberry and chocolate finish the production.

This is 100% Graciano! A black skinned grape that is somewhat tannic in nature, while grown and vinified in Rioja with oak is lovely, vibrant, and kissed with vanilla to complement its mulberry tonality.
