Bott Freres Pinot Blanc- 2021
Alsace, France
The Bott family winery, located in Ribeauville, is in the heart of Alsace, and has been since 1835. The long-standing winemaking family is on their 5th generation winemaker and the job is passed down from father to son. They grow 7 varietals on their land that are all hand-harvested, dry farmed, and since 2019 certified organic. This Pinot Blanc is a beautiful straw color with an expressive bouquet of ripe orchard apples and supple pear notes mid-palate.

Foris “Six Stones” Pinot Noir- 2018
Rouge Valley, Oregon
Named to honor the nearby Siskiyou Mountain Range, Six Stones is comprised of fruit grown in the SW part of the Rogue Valley where weather is temperate and harvest can be extending well into October some years! The Pinot is hand-harvested at night, destemmed, and fermented whole-berry in open fermentation vats until is racked off and allowed to mature in older French oak for a duration of 10 months. Medium bodied with tart cherry, pithy orange peel and gentle spice.

Mark Ryan’s Board Track Racer “the Vincent” Red Blend- 2020
Columbia Valley, Washington
Named for the famed motorcycle, the Vincent is a blend of 50% Cabernet, 17% Syrah, 16% Malbec, 14% Merlot, 2% Cab Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It’s a brooding wine, pushing the envelope of bold Bordeaux blends from Washington, while also being recklessly a heartbreaker. Mark used to race motorcycles and I think still does, so he’s been aware of and enthralled by the lore of the Vincent bike for forever and wanted to pay homage to his young-sewn roots.
