The wines…
Bisol Jeio Prosecco Brut- NV
DOC Prosecco, Italy
Since 1542, the Bisol family has produced beautiful wines from the Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the heart of Valdobbiadene sustainably, and each expressive of the region’s terroir. 480 years later, it’s still owned and operated by Bisols, brothers Giancluca and Desiderio.
minerals, citrus, pineapple

Gianni Gagliardo Fallegro 2020
Piedmont, Italy
Vermentino made its way to Piedmont 200 years ago and quickly became the favorite white wine produced in the region, thusly the varietal was nicknamed ‘Favorita’! The Gagliardo family has been growing grapes and producing wine in the Langhe Valley since 1848 starting with Gianni’s father, and now his three sons are the power unit of the winery and soon their children will take over! Italy, right?! So dreamy! Italy makes my most favorite wines, I know this is obvious by now, but literally this wine SINGS.
white flowers, Meyer lemon, herbs
$18.99/btl $2.50/taste
Vina Cobos Felino Malbec 2021
Mendoza, Argentina
PAUL HOBBS.
I kinda shouldn’t say any more. This man can do anything. He can make a $16 bottle of wine better than almost anyone and can turn around and make a $90 bottle that tastes like $400. Price isn’t really a thing with Paul. It’s about the place, the grapes, the texture of the soil, the eastern facing hills and his time in the cellar. Focusing on the varied differences in terroir throughout Mendoza since 1999, Paul helped to cement in the minds of American consumers (who may have overlooked or dismissed the wines of Argentina) the concept that mindful agriculture and meticulous winemaking leads to great results! Argentina is now well regarded as a not just an okay but an amazing source of GOOD as well as affordable wines. And Malbec as a super star grape!
blueberry, violets, integrated tannins
$16.99/btl $2.50/taste
Decoy LTD Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Napa Valley, California
92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot
The day I tasted this wine was the day I could say that there was a wine indicative of Napa Under $30 that was drinkable again since 2010. It’s been a long time. Price increases, pandemics, droughts, and fires… you guys. Don’t we all deserve this?! Don’t we deserve something delicious for $26.99 that we can be proud of and also feel like we’re in an exclusive club of Napa wine drinkers? Can’t you just envision the conversation:
“So, what’d you do last Wednesday?”
“Oh, not much. Watched Frasier and had a bottle of Napa Cab.”
THIS COULD BE US.
dark berries, lavender, spice
