Tempus Two “Copper” Wilde Chardonnay 2015

Tempus Two was founded in 1997 by the McGuigan family. Now managed by the fourth generation family members, McGuigan is the fourth largest wine producer in Australia and winners of International Winemaker of the Year four times in the past ten years.
The Copper label Chardonnay is a completely natural fermentation using wild yeasts. A rich a full bodied style with a bit of vanilla from some French oak aging. Stone fruit, citrus and apples. Reminded me of some Russian River Chardonnays.- $1.25 Sample

This is a project from world-renowned Italian wine Company Tenute Emera. The Qu.Ale project is focused sustainability and giving back. Extremely soft, enjoyable blend from southern Italy. Very fruit forward with notes of strawberries, blackberry and a touch of spice. Soft round tannins on the palate with a smooth fruity finish. - $.50 Sample
Le Petit Coquerel Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Started in 2005 with the purchase of an old-vine Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in the Calistoga region of Northern Napa Valley. The estate is small with only about 7 original acres of vineyards and then 4 additional acres of Cabernet Sauvignon added in 2014. The Coquerel portfolio is split into two. Their “Terroir” series which is all estate grown fruit and the “Le Petit” series that are sourced from other vineyards throughout Napa.
This is a super small production with only about 100 cases produced. Aged in all French oak, most of which is neutral for more than two years. '12 was a great year in Napa and it shows in this wine. Nicely balanced with loads of cassis and blueberry. - $2.00 Sample
