A true classic and one of the best craft breweries in America. Opened in 1997 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have grown to the 15th largest brewery in the US. They have been originators and you can see breweries across the country trying to replicate what they do. The are still consistently some of the most solid and reasonably prices 6-packs on the shelves today.
Featured Brews:
All Day IPA: One of the first “session” style IPAs on the market and certainly what all the brands are chasing these days when it comes to 15pack IPA sales. A balanced hoppy freshness that leaves you wanting another. 4.7%ABV/42IBU
Porter: Sweet and strong chocolate flavors with a nice caramel malty finish. Just enough hops to dry out the finish, but I think the package says it best, “Dark, Rich & Sexy.” 6.5%ABV/45IBU
Breakfast Stout: One of the staple American stouts. A coffee, oatmeal stout with loads of chocolate. 8.3%ABV/60IBU
Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS): Only available in Cincinnati for the second time this year. We held back a case of the bottles just for this event. It is an imperial version of their Breakfast Stout aged in Canadian maple syrup barrels. You get the rich maple up front with roasted coffee and velvety chocolate through the finish. 11.6%ABV/45IBU
