We will be exploring the wonderful wine region of Tuscany, Italy. After this tasting you will better understand some of the most important regions and regulations within what may be the most exciting wine region in the world. The first wine will be a classic Chianti Classico from one of the most respected producers in the appellation. The next two wines will help explain the very unique dynamic of Montalcino which is world famous for its Brunello. Lastly, we will explore the crazy dynamic that created the “Super Tuscan” by tasting one of the classics.
